1 ) What specific portfolio leaks will Pinnacle plug?
We focus on plugging 9 critical portfolio leaks to boost your returns and reduce risk: high-fee funds, suboptimal asset allocation, suboptimal asset location, low-yield cash drag, harmful or deceptive funds, underperforming active managers, missed tax-loss harvesting opportunities, insufficient diversification, and hidden transaction costs.
-
2 ) What makes you qualified to offer this service?
Manish Bidasaria, the founder of Pinnacle Wealth Advisory, has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). -
3 ) How does your fee structure work?
After the free preliminary portfolio review, we charge a one-time flat fee for our one-time, comprehensive portolio assesment. There are no subscriptions, ongoing charges, or hidden fees—just a single $250 payment for a full portfolio review. We don't believe in giving away a percentage (even a small one) of your portfolio year after year.
-
4 ) Do you manage my investments for me?
No, we do not manage your investments directly or take custody of your funds. Instead, we provide you with personalized recommendations that you can implement on your own or with our help via a 30 min online screen share at no additional cost.
-
5 ) How is your service different from traditional financial advisors?
Unlike traditional advisors who may charge ongoing fees or take a percentage of your assets, we focus on a one-time, unbiased review of your portfolio. This ensures that our advice is completely independent and conflict-free.
-
6 ) What types of accounts do you review? Do I need to open new ones?
We review all types of brokerage accounts, including taxable accounts, 401(k) plans, IRAs, 529s, and even trading accounts. And no, you do not need to open any new accounts!
-
7 ) What can I expect from the portfolio assessment?
After analyzing your accounts, you'll receive a detailed report with actionable recommendations. We help you optimize fees, improve asset allocation, and make your investments more efficient.

Typically, the entire process takes about 1-2 weeks from the initial review to receiving your personalized report. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
-

Yes, absolutely. We do not receive any commissions or third-party payments, and we don't sell any financial products. Our only goal is to provide you with the best possible advice based on your unique situation.
-
10 ) What if my portfolio doesn't have leaks?
If, during the free preliminary review, I find that your portfolio is already optimized with no significant leaks, I will let you know that you don’t need any major adjustments. If there are only minor recommendations, I’ll share those with you at no cost. My goal is to add value, not charge for unnecessary services.

14 ) How much control will I have over the implementation of your recommendations?
You retain full control over your investments at all times. We provide you with a detailed report of actionable recommendations, but you decide how and when to implement them based on your preferences and timeline.
-
15 ) Can a one-time portfolio assessment really meet all my financial needs?
